For Lael, bridal is where everything she loves comes together: fashion, entrepreneurship, cultivating relationships, and being part of one of the happiest chapters in someone’s life.

After years in the corporate world, Lael purchased Destiny’s Bride in 2023 with a vision for what bridal shopping should feel like—personal, exciting, luxurious, and genuinely fun. She believes the dress is more than something you wear on your wedding day; it becomes part of the memory of it.

Originally from San Diego, Lael lives in Arizona with her husband of 12 years and their two children. She’s equal parts business-minded and sentimental, loves beautiful things, laughs a lot, and considers it a privilege that she gets to help brides find the one for a living.

With over 10 years of experience in bridal, Sarah is what we lovingly refer to as our bridal master. She has an incredible understanding of fit, fabric, body types, and silhouettes and can somehow pick the perfect gown for a bride without her having to say a word. She also has the uncanny ability to memorize every single gown that comes into the store—essentially making her a human Excel spreadsheet.

But Sarah’s expertise is only part of what makes her so special. She is kind, funny, entertaining, and has a way of making the entire experience feel effortless. Originally from Michigan, Sarah has a son, four dogs, and loves to paint in her spare time.

With more than 20 years in fashion and bridal, Joy brings an extraordinary depth of knowledge and experience to Destiny’s Bride. Her career has included time in New York City working for Vera Wang and Oscar De La Renta as well as working with countless bridal designers over the years. Simply put, there isn’t much about bridal that Joy doesn’t know.

But her expertise is only part of what makes her so special. When you work with Joy, you become her friend for life. She’ll hold your hand throughout the entire bridal experience and has a way of making every bride feel like the only bride in the world.

Originally from Ohio, Joy has a husband and two sons and loves traveling and camping whenever she gets the chance.

After years in customer service, we were lucky enough to snatch Mariah up and bring her into the bridal world. As the youngest member of our team, she brings a fresh perspective to Destiny’s Bride and has become an integral part of selecting new gowns—including helping choose what comes home with us from New York Bridal Fashion Week.

A native Arizonan, Mariah loves to travel and recently returned from an incredible safari in Africa, with Europe next on her list. She loves her faith, her family, and making brides feel beautiful—and if you’re lucky, you might even catch her on Tik Tok. But don’t make it weird.

Reese is our social media and advertising queen—essentially our Don Draper, except we’re lucky enough to have her instead of Madison Avenue. A brilliant marketer and talented bridal stylist, Reese is responsible for so much of the magic you see from Destiny’s Bride both online and behind the scenes.

She may also be the nicest person we’ve ever met. Reese is warm, kind, and the type of person you immediately want to spend time with. Work with her once and you’ll leave feeling like you have a new best friend.

A recent ASU graduate, Reese is also our resident model, so you’ll see plenty of her on our Instagram. Outside of Destiny’s Bride, she loves traveling and dedicates her time to Kobe’s K9’s, a philanthropy near and dear to her heart.

Sarah may be a newer member of our current team, but she’s certainly not new to Destiny’s Bride. Nearly 10 years ago, Sarah worked for the store’s previous owner, and we were lucky enough to have her find her way back to us as a bridal stylist.

Sarah brings with her both bridal experience and the kind of warmth that immediately puts people at ease. We love that she gets to be part of this new chapter of Destiny’s Bride after being part of its history, too.

Outside of the store, Sarah loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog.
